Three: Views of the City took the form of a film screening. International
artists Keiichi
Ogata (Japan), nomadstation (Scotland), Martin
Picton (England), Olga
Mink (Netherlands) and Pirate Hairwaves (England) explored their respective
cities through a range of moving imagery.
The short featured here, Homage to a Non-existent Building (2005),
consists of Super-8 footage documenting part of the constantly developing geography
of London, with specially recorded soundtrack by Chemical
Plant.
